*Achieve & Exceed Targets: Drive sales and maximise your earning potential with uncapped commissions.
*Learn & Grow: Continuously develop your product knowledge and sales techniques through our comprehensive training programme.
What We’re Looking For:
*Sales Experience: Proven success in sales or customer-facing roles is ideal but not essential—we provide full training.
*Strong Communication Skills: Confident and personable, with a natural ability to build trust and connect with customers.
*Self-Motivated & Organised: Able to manage your time effectively and work independently to achieve success.
*Passion for Home Improvement: A keen interest in transforming outdoor spaces and a focus on quality solutions.
