Prospero Teaching are seeking a number of Cleaners across Southampton and Winchester to join our wonderful schools. The successful candidates will be dedicated to providing a clean and safe environment for students and staff.
As a Cleaner, you will:
*Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming classrooms, hallways, and common areas.
*Clean and sanitise restrooms, staff rooms, and other facilities.
*Ensure all areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
*Replenish cleaning supplies and report any shortages.
*Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
*Follow health and safety regulations and school policies.

*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Good time management skills and reliability.
*Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Essential & Desirable Qualifications/ requirements:

* *Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
*Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.

* To be eligible for this role through Prospero teaching, you must:
*Hold right to work in the UK
*Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
*Provide references upon request
*Possess up to date Safeguarding Training (or a willingness to undertake this)
