Salary - £18,000 - £21,000, OTE up to £35,000 + Car allowance
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:45am-6:00pm, Saturday 9:00am-4:00pm with day off in lieu (5 day working week)
Are you a successful Sales Negotiator looking for an exciting new role within Estate Agency?
Our client is looking for an intelligent, well spoken, genuine individual who loves what they do and wants to work in a fast paced and professional environment with a successful agency who care about their staff as well as their work.

Key Responsibilities
• Effectively build and maintain relationships with applicants and Vendors.
*Fully qualify applicants gaining a thorough understanding of the applicant’s motivation for their search in order to design the best possible tour for them.
*Plan and execute viewing tours ensuring they are designed to be as structured and fruitful as possible.
*Assessing buyers’ financial position and referring them to suitable mortgage brokers and solicitors.
*Remaining proactive throughout the conveyancing process i.e. instigating surveys and chasing up solicitors/buyers for documentation.
*Instigate the referencing process for all applicants, ensuring this is completed within a reasonable time frame.
Key Skills and Experience
• Knowledge and experience of the Sales market and conveyancing process.
• A strong work ethic.
*Proven customer service skills.
• Excellent time management.
• Effective communicator with strong ability to build rapport and relationships.
• Enthusiasm and drive.
• Self-motivated with willingness to learn.
• Flexible with the ability to adapt to change.
