Job Description:
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely payments to suppliers and vendors. This hybrid role offers a balance of remote and in-office work, giving you the flexibility to succeed in a supportive environment.

Description
*Process invoices, expense claims, and payment requests accurately and efficiently.
*Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
*Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
*Monitor accounts payable inbox and respond to queries from internal and external stakeholders.
*Assist with month-end closing tasks, including accruals and reporting.
*Collaborate with the finance team to improve accounts payable processes and systems.
*Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
Profile
We’re looking for a candidate who is:
*Experienced: At least 2 years in an accounts payable or similar finance role, ideally within the financial services sector.
*Skilled: Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Excel.
*Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
*Organised: Excellent time management and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced environment.
*Communicative: Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Flexible: Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with occasional in-office requirements.
