THE BUSINESS:
We are seeking an energetic Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role involves helping mid-market and enterprise-level clients unlock value through a best-in-class platform. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Global Sales, you will excel at selling innovation in a competitive market, driving deals forward to shorten decision cycles. With support from marketing, pre-sales engineering teams, and a network of strategic partners, you’ll have the tools needed to achieve and exceed quota targets.
Account Executive:
*Generate new opportunities through marketing-qualified leads and prospecting, closing new accounts while upselling existing ones.
*Use a solution-oriented sales approach to highlight the uniqueness of the platform’s value proposition.
*Guide prospective clients through the sales process, from solution development and demonstrations to proof-of-concept, deployment planning, and delivering value.
*Identify, qualify, and define new opportunities through lead follow-up and outreach.
*Build meaningful business cases for data management projects that demonstrate tangible business value and quick ROI.
*Develop a business plan and territory strategy targeting ideal customer profiles, partnering with solution integrators and channel partners to deliver value.
*Maintain accurate CRM records with strong forecasting and sales hygiene.
*Share best practices with teammates to ensure shared success.
YOUR KEY SKILLS:
*Proven ability to prospect for new opportunities using knowledge of the local business environment, industry value propositions, professional networks, and relationship-building skills.
*Experience working with internal and client technical teams to create impactful business cases for master data management (MDM) and data integration projects.
*Ability to qualify opportunities and guide clients through the entire sales lifecycle, including negotiation and solution alignment.
*Strong communication skills to articulate the value of innovative data management solutions, building trust and generating powerful client references.
*Proficiency in managing a rolling 12-month sales pipeline, maintaining CRM accuracy, and providing reliable forecasts.
*7-10 years of experience selling complex enterprise B2B software solutions.
*Knowledge of data integration, MDM, data governance, data quality, data catalogs, analytics, cloud technologies, SaaS, and subscription-based selling.
*Comfort working with large enterprise clients, managing multiple projects, and collaborating across time zones.
*Demonstrated success working with global system integrators and cloud vendors.
*Fluent in English and willing to travel (~40%).
*BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
