Role: Marketing Manager aka Marketing Specialist, Digital Marketing Manager, Marketing Coordinator, marketing and Communications Manager  
Location: Bedford – Hybrid working, 4 days in the office and 1 day from home per week. 
Salary: £50k - £60k base DOE + discretionary bonus (bonus will be based on personal and business results against target)

What you will bring to the table: 
You are an experience Marketing communications Manager who loves to challenge the status Quo. You will be experienced in assessing current marketing activities and implementing brand new strategies that will really increase revenue for the business. We are looking for someone who has experience developing marketing campaigns for both online and offline channels. You are a strong character who can influence, challenge others and most importantly who can take a step back and listen to the ideas of others in the business.
