Electrical Technician
Location: Coryton - Stanford-le-Hope
Position: Full-time - Permanent - On-site

Are you an experienced Electrical Technician seeking a dynamic role within a multi-skilled team? This exciting opportunity offers the chance to provide efficient site maintenance services while upholding high standards of safety and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
*Diagnose breakdowns, repair equipment, and implement preventative measures.
*Perform planned maintenance, inspections, and testing to the required standards.
*Maintain accurate records on the Computerised Maintenance Management System (PEMAC).
*Install new electrical equipment in line with current legislation and specifications.
*Develop and review electrical work instructions, risk assessments, and technical drawings.
*Modify plant and equipment in accordance with company requirements.
*Report hazards and equipment defects promptly.
*Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
Key Skills, Experience & Knowledge:
*Proven experience in production maintenance environments, ideally on hazardous area/COMAH sites.
*COMPEX qualification (or willingness to achieve).
*Recognised apprenticeship qualification.
*IOSH or equivalent health and safety qualification (or willingness to achieve).
*City & Guilds Electrical Qualification.
*Knowledge of IEE regulations (17th/18th edition).
*Ability to interpret technical drawings.
*Strong understanding of electrical legislation and electricity at work regulations.
*Basic mechanical knowledge (desirable).
*Familiarity with PLC systems (desirable).
