As our Team Administrator, you will be an integral part of our Finance, Insight, and Technology team, which brings together several key service functions for the Duchy. This includes the Property Services Department (PSD), tasked with safeguarding the property interests across the entire Duchy estate, and the Finance Department, responsible for overseeing all aspects of bookkeeping, accounting, and financial management.
The Duchy estate encompasses a diverse portfolio spanning over 52,000 hectares across 20 counties in England and Wales, offering an opportunity to contribute to the success of a vast and varied organisation.
The role offers an opportunity to provide vital administrative support to two dynamic teams, handling a wide range of property-related matters. This includes maintaining property records, assisting with property transactions, managing landlord and tenant issues, and facilitating tenant communications.
You will also be responsible for processing data input sheets for the estate terrier system (QUBE) and conducting research using the Land Registry online portal to retrieve and download relevant documents.
