Quality Assurance Technician
Job Description
*Monitor factory and production standards regarding GMP, Hygiene and Quality.
*Assist in internal audits and spot checks of production.
*Ensure all HACCP, Due diligence, traceability procedures and quality checks documentation are completed and implemented.
*Maintain swab and product sampling plans.
*Monitor cleaning and hygiene standards for equipment, food contact surfaces and the factory environment.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
*Must have previous work experience within the food manufacturing industry.
*Knowledge and understanding of relevant food industry regulations and standards.
*Previous experience working within a quality department.
*Able to be flexible with job roles and responsibilities when required.
