Job Description:
FIND are delighted to be working in partnership with a world-class training and apprenticeships provider to recruit a professional, knowledgeable and driven IQA.
Working for a Warrington based company, the successful candidate will be office based 3 days per week and spend Monday’s and Fridays working from home, quality assuring on Sales and Management Apprenticeships up to Level 5.
With 25 years of extraordinary experience behind them, our client have helped many well-known B2B organisations in the UK to take control of their continuous professional development through commercial training and Sales and Management focused Apprenticeships.
Primary objectives
*To quality assure our apprenticeship provision to ensure the experience of the learner and employer is of the highest possible standard.
*To quality assure our apprenticeship provision to ensure our client is always working over and above further education quality standards as outlined by Ofsted, The ESFA, our associated awarding organisations and other sector specific professional bodies.
*To harbour a culture of quality improvement, suggesting and supporting QI measures across all areas of the organisation.
*To develop and design IQA systems and process that are focused on building to a successful end point for all parties.
*To be passionate and enthusiastic about raising standards in the sales profession and have a high level of expertise in the field of business to business sales and ideally be familiar with the knowledge, skills and behaviours (KSBs) of the L4 Sales Executive apprenticeship standard.
Personal Specification
*Embody our clients values of Be Amazing, Be Fearless, Be Fair, Be an Expert & Be a Team player.
*A1 & V1 or equivalent.
*CTLLS /Cert Ed/PGCE or equivalent or be prepared to work towards (desirable).
*Vocational competence in sales.
*Experience in the internal verification of Apprenticeship Standards.
*Commitment to continuous professional development
