Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of student accommodation properties.
- Ensure all properties are well-maintained and comply with health and safety regulations.
- Address tenant enquiries and resolve any issues swiftly and professionally.
- Liaise with contractors to coordinate maintenance and repair work.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure standards are maintained.
- Manage tenancy agreements and ensure timely rent collection.
- Organise and supervise the move-in and move-out processes for residents.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure efficient property management.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in property management or a related field.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of property management software is advantageous.
