Job Description:
Customer Service Advisor
£26K - £28K, Monday - Friday, 8am until 4pm, North Chailey, 28 days paid holiday including bank holidays, pension contributions, Health Insurance, office dogs and staff discount on products
The Role
We are delighted to be working with a premium brand located in the North Chailey area who are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their team due to increase in demand for their product. The Customer Service Advisor is responsible for addressing the company’s customer service and order processing working and communicating with team members to ensure customer orders are fulfilled in a timely manner
You will be responsible for:
*Management of Independent customers including order taking, processing and upselling
*Managing returns and credits processes
*Establishing, developing and maintaining business relationships with current customers and prospective customers within the assigned database
*Single point of contact for all issues related to order fulfilment, stock availability, delivery performance & customer receipt.
*Working with transport companies of any rejected orders /missed deliveries and follow through to the end.
The Person
We expect the successful candidate to have solid Customer Service experience. Previous experience working in a manufacturing, FMCG, or warehousing environment would be an advantage. You will need to be a confident communicator, able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly. Strong administration skills are necessary for this role - as are attention to detail for ensuring high levels of data accuracy. This role would suit someone who has worked as a Customer Service Representative, Customer Sales Administrator or Call Centre Agent.

Package
*£26K - £28K (depending on experience)
*Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm
*28 days holiday
*Rural location near Uckfield (must be car driver)
*Christmas shutdown
