Our Marketing and Communications team plays a pivotal role in ensuring our workforce is informed, engaged, and empowered. We’re looking for an Internal Communications Executive to join our energetic team and help drive meaningful, impactful communications that inspire our employees and align with our company objectives.
As an Internal Communications Executive, you’ll support the Marketing and Communications team with a variety of initiatives to enhance employee engagement, promote our brand values, and ensure clear, consistent communication across the business. From coordinating internal events to creating digital content and supporting Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) campaigns, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Coordinate internal events such as Town Halls, video content creation, and wider team gatherings.
*Develop engaging digital content (images, videos, and written material) in line with our internal communications framework.
*Support email campaigns and maintain an effective internal communications structure.
*Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to produce high-quality campaign collateral.
*Assist the People team with communications for EDI and Wellbeing workstreams.
*Ensure all communications align with our tone of voice and brand guidelines.
*Support budget management for communications and marketing activities.
*Create professional PowerPoint decks and other resources to aid internal and external campaigns.
We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about communications and eager to make an impact. You’ll thrive in a dynamic environment, balancing multiple priorities while delivering creative and effective solutions.
What You’ll Need:
Essential:
*Experience in a communications role.
*Proficiency with Canva for creating impactful digital assets.
*Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Teams.
*Familiarity with Poppulo or similar email campaign builders.
*Strong copywriting skills with attention to detail.
*Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable:
*Higher education qualification or internal communications certification.
*Experience using Adobe graphic design tools.
*Previous experience coordinating internal events or working with multiple stakeholders.
