Required Skills & Qualifications: *Proven experience in teaching English at GCSE level, with a track record of achieving positive student outcomes.
*Excellent subject knowledge and understanding of the strategies required to motivate and inspire students.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathise and connect with young people.
*A strong commitment to professional development and staying updated with the latest educational practices.
