Job Description:
Events Administrator
£28,000 - £30,000 + Hybrid working + Benefits
Bollington
Most events roles require events experience, not this one! This role requires a fantastic Administrator that loves organising, coordinating and planning, and is pretty good at it too!
A boutique events firm in Bollington, one Platinum have worked with for many years now, getting to know this business and their staff has been a delight. They’re fun, supportive, directors are just genuinely lovely people and want the best for their people.
"I’ve never worked anywhere as supportive, we’re seen as a person not a number and looked after" - from a candidate I placed here 3 years ago.
Leaders in the area of events they do, but still keeping that small business culture of no hierarchy and a really relaxed feel. Best of both worlds.
This role is an exciting one, starting as a 12 month fixed term contract with a view to go permanent, you’ll be supporting a team of 5 with the execution of events, booking the venues, arranging delegates, catering, documentation, presentations, you name it, you’ll be involved with it all!
These are large, high profile events, some take up to 12 months to plan and at each event there could be 10,000 delegates, this requires high attention to detail, somebody who can think on their feet and really support the team in ensuring every event is a huge success.
You will even get the chance to attend the events, they are all UK based, so you can really see your work come to life alongside the team!
Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, after training complete hybrid model will come into play and is up for negotiation, healthcare schemes, and regular company events.
So if you have some experience in events or you’re an absolutely epic Administrator looking to step into the events field, perfect.
