Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) supports the business to source the best candidates to meet our current and future talent needs. You’ll need to work with your customers to develop and deliver talent strategies to source the best candidates.
You’ll need to be proactive and creative to identify and manage the channels needed, these will range from using internal pipelines, direct sourcing, agencies to building the employer brand through partnerships with universities and colleges to hosting recruitment fairs and supporting networking events.
Along with managing these initiatives, you’ll be required to manage the full recruitment cycle for your customer, whilst supporting the wider HR Team to ensure Davies fulfils its obligations under employment, health & safety, and compliance legislation.
Key Accountabilities *Partnering with your customers to design and deliver appropriate talent strategies
*Developing engaging recruitment campaigns the attract the best talent
*Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers including recruitment agencies, universities, colleges, job centres and recruitment fair providers etc
*Analysing the recruitment market and identify peaks and troughs within the industry
*Delivering the end-to-end recruitment of both entry level and specialist positions
*Engaging with stakeholders in relation to resource planning, vacancy approval, interviews, inductions and offers
*Supporting management teams to ensure the recruitment process is followed and runs smoothly
*Collaborating with the wider HR team to deliver an engaging and effective onboarding experience
*Coaching team members
Experience, Skills and Qualifications *Proactive and self-motivated
*Collaborative and eager to build long term relationships
*High level of attention to detail
*Ability to plan and organise multiple tasks
*Ability to work on your own and use initiative
*Creative and looks for opportunities to continuously improve both yourself, the team and business
*Perseverance with a high drive to deliver results and achieve
*Flexible approach and can adapt to different situations
*Working within a busy legal recruitment function
