Job Description:
Are you an accomplished Transformation Project Manager who is ready to support our Strategic Operations & Transformation Team to set the direction for change? Working as part of the Clean team, specifically targeted to our Leakage
Transformation Programme, you will support the business through change, providing expert change management guidance, and advice and ensuring that the business and employees are ready, willing, and able to accept the changes to their working lives. This will enable the delivery of the transformation outcomes.
What you’ll be doing as a Transformation Project Manager: *Analyse and leverage data to identify opportunities to improve and optimise operations.
*Look for creative solutions and generate implementable recommendations.
*Ensure the business teams are ready for any changes and provide support throughout the process while identifying business improvement opportunities and supporting their implementation.
*Work with the business to establish and manage the people impacts of change and develop business readiness requirements and plans.
*Apply a holistic people-centric perspective on change impacts and ensure a coordinated approach to optimize change experience for staff.
*Promote, coach, and guide operational stakeholders through business transformation.
*Develop, manage, facilitate, and boost the engagement, communication messages, flow, and timing to both people and stakeholders.
*Lead initiatives and co-ordinate all activities ensuring outcomes and timelines are maintained.
*Manage and proactively identify risks/issues/dependencies.
*Produce and maintain programme/project documents.
What you should bring to the role: *Self-motivation, drive and pragmatism are critical. You will have a proven track record of successful delivery of projects in a large capital-intensive type of industry such as Utilities or Manufacturing.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
*Excellent communication skills and customer ethics
*Good commercial acumen
*Experience in influencing and coaching stakeholders through change
*Excellent attention to detail alongside excellent organizational skills
*Ability to think proactively to bring new ideas
*Self-starter – resilient, flexible, and tenacious under pressure
*Excellent communication skills and customer ethics
*Degree level or equivalent in a Business or Professional (e.g., HR or Engineering) discipline would be desirable with additional relevant qualifications e.g., Change, Programme, or Project management qualifications
*Previous water Industry experience, specifically Leakage experience is advantageous but not essential
