Job Description:
Northern Business Development Manager Air, Sea & Road Freight
As the you will responsible for building a North East Buiness -for the strategic growth, direction and overall profitability of the Freight sales and performance as well as building and developing an extensive Freight client base.
You will be working closely with the Sales Director and interfacing with other sales teams and operational teams in the UK and Europe.
Duties:
*Align the Freight sales strategy with the overall business strategy with huge foucs on the North East.
*Drive the business Freight sales and wider team to delivering Revenue and Gross Profit Targets
*Generate Freight business leads, follow the whole sales cycle and ensure smooth transition into operations
*Design and implement bespoke Freight solutions for clients
*Create innovative and entrepreneurial solutions, maximizing efficiency of the network.
*Be receptive to changing trends in the Freight Industry space and offer strategic direction to increase market share
*Approach sales from a strategic, long-term perspective, building relationships with expanding companies
To apply for the business development manager it is essential that you have experience and knowledge in implementing Freight Solutions as well as having the ability to build and maintain business relationships.
