Job Description:
An exciting role at a multidisciplinary consultancy in London who have recently won a large package of work for two of their teams, healthcare and commercial. They are looking for an experienced Engineer to join the team and help lead the electrical discipline in these teams. You would also be responsible for 3-4 direct reports. The consultancy prides itself on their collaborative working and sustainable projects and offers a generous package which includes the option to work abroad for some weeks a year.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead the electrical engineering design across multiple projects at all stages.
*Develop and implement technical knowledge within the company.
*Manage the successful delivery of electrical design packages.
*Engage with clients, contributing to presentations and external meetings.
*Coordinate with external design teams to ensure seamless integration of services.
*Provide internal leadership and mentorship to the electrical team.
Requirements:
*Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role.
*Proficiency in electrical engineering design, including load calculations, energy profiles, and equipment sizing.
*Experience of managing project finances and resources.
*Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
*Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
*Chartered Engineer status is ideal.
