REED Business Support Basingstoke are actively recruiting for a Personal Assistant/Office Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong Personal Assistant or Office Management experience.
As a Personal Assistant/Office Manager your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Diary management.
- Manage the administrative tasks
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation 
- Reminding the manager/executive of important task and deadlines
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- Taking charge of running meetings
