Job Title: General Litigation Solicitor
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000
Location: Canterbury or Margate
Overview:
My client, a leading Legal 500 regional firm with multiple offices across Kent are seeking an experienced Litigation all-rounder to join a widely respected Litigation team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will have experience across both civil and commercial litigation and will be able to manage a busy caseload while also supporting more junior team members.
Duties include:
*Managing a mixed caseload of commercial and civil litigation matters including but not limited to;

*Employment matters
*Property law – including landlord and tenant
*Probate and will disputes
*Boundary disputes

*Frequently issuing court proceedings and attending court
*Assisting with the investigation and litigation of complex cases
*Drafting court documents, witness statements and instructions to experts
The successful candidate will have/be:
*3+ years PQE
*Experience across both commercial and civil litigation
*Excellent client care and interpersonal skills
*Commercially astute and technically strong
Package:
*£50,000 - £65,000
*Discretionary bonus scheme
*25 days holiday + BH
