Location: Kidderminster
Hours: Monday - Friday 08:00am - 16:30pm
Pay: From £12.00 per hour
Contract: Temp - Perm

The Duties of a Factory Operative: *Assemble product according to production specifications and quality standards
*Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions
*Assist in the packing, labelling, and preparation of finished product for shipping
*Operating machinery and tools safely and efficiently
*Conducting quality checks to ensure product meets a high standard
*Collaborating with the production team to achieve production targets
*Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
The Requirements of a Factory Operative: *Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
*Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and follow instructions
*Strong attention to detail
*Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
*This role is physically demanding, must be able to perform repetitive tasks.
*Excellent teamwork and communication skills
*Knowledge of health and safety regulations and the ability to adhere to guidelines
*Ability to work in a loud, hot environment.
