*Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and CQC standards.
What We’re Looking For
*Registered Nurse (RGN) with NMC registration.
*Acute care experience, including IV therapies, cannulation, and phlebotomy.
*Leadership experience, with a focus on team management and training.
*Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
