About The Role:
Days of Working: Monday to Friday
As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
*Responsible to produce timely and accurate monthly Management Reports and Accounts, ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Including all necessary regional reports for major contracts in the Sector
*Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, to aid the understanding of the financial position of the Sector’s variances and trends to ensure suitable action is taken where necessary
*To monitor key performance indicators and variance analysis to provide a clear understanding of the drivers of growth to inform and develop both short-term performance and the strategic direction of the Sector
*Develop and maintain effective business partnering relationships across different operational teams
*Work with Operational teams to improve working capital performance, with reference to debt and WIP management
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
*Must have Right to Work in the UK
*Qualified Accountant (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
*Experience of preparing, reviewing, and interpreting Management Accounts
*Experience of budgeting and forecasting
*Experience of Facilities Management Industry would be desirable
