Branch Manager
*Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum
*Locations: West London
*Hours: Mon-Fri (8:30 AM-6:00 PM) + Alternate Saturdays (2/month)
A well-established and expanding real estate agency is seeking a motivated Branch Manager to oversee multiple branches. Known for their dynamic approach and commitment to excellent customer service, this agency specializes in property sales, lettings, and valuations, making it a trusted name in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
*Oversee daily operations at multiple branches, ensuring smooth processes and high performance.
*Lead, motivate, and support teams to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
*Recruit, train, and manage staff to build a collaborative and productive environment.
*Handle valuations, sales progression, financial services, and client communications.

Requirements:
*3+ years of experience in real estate management or a related field.

*A valid UK driving license.
