Job Description:
Purpose of the Role
To deliver transaction excellence through the effective management and optimisation of the Invoice Processing Team.
*Process optimisation: To maintain and continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of invoice processing for Savills and Client systems. Optimising the use of technology and automations (where relevant).
*Data and insight: To maintain and enhance related data, insight and reporting (including the use of AI and Robotics, and BI dashboards). Monitor and evaluate invoice processing performance, and the overall effectiveness against the KPIs. Identify and address areas for improvement based on analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Process Excellence and Continuous Improvement:. Implement best practices and leverage digital tools and technologies for process automation. Identify opportunities to improve and simplify the invoice processing process working across teams to deliver end to end improvements.
Performance Monitoring: Use key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor and evaluate the process and team performance on a day to day basis. Use if KPI’s to identify risks and opportunities for improvements in process and controls.
Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including Service Partners, team colleagues, operations, site teams, legal, and sustainability teams, to align team objectives with wider business objectives and foster effective communication and collaboration.
Team Leadership: Lead and manage the team of finance professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to optimise the team’s performance and ensure the team’s success in achieving their invoice processing goals and objectives. Provide training and professional development opportunities to the team, enhancing their skills, professionalism and capabilities.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Candidates will be required to demonstrate the following:
Essential
*Experience: At least 2 years of experience in finance, with demonstrated progression in roles of increasing responsibility.
*Process and systems knowledge: strong understanding of financial and procurement processes, financial risks and controls, and compliance requirements. Proficiency in financial systems or (ERP) software, and data analytics tools.
*Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
*Workload Management: Proven ability to manage teams workload and effective delegation of tasks to ensure you are able to set priorities and meet deadlines.
*Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate complex procurement concepts to internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
*Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Service Partners and cross-functional teams.
*Continuous Improvement: Demonstrated commitment to driving continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence within the procurement function. Innovative mindset, bringing new ideas and creative approaches.
*Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and manage a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture, and driving results through effective coaching and development.
Desirable
*Qualifications: Recognised qualification in a relevant field, such as finance, business administration or procurement.
*Experience in a team leadership or managerial position is preferred, but not essential.
*Knowledge of property sector.
*Relevant certifications in sustainable procurement, such as Certified Professional qualification (CAAP, AAT) or similar, would be relevant and desirable, but not essential.
Working Hours - 09.00-17.30
