Job Description:
As Service Express has been growing, so have our teams to support our global expansion! As such, we are looking to add a new position of Regional Sales Manager to take on some important responsibilities.
The Regional Sales Manager is the leader of a sales team comprised of Managed Infrastructure Senior Account Managers within the UK. This leader is accountable for achieving monthly and annual regional sales goals. This role provides direction, leadership, and training to the Senior Account Managers while ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a hybrid role, of 3 days a week in the office in Bedford.
Here’s what this position is all about:
* Regional Management
*Drive successful sales by developing, managing and executing the Service Express sales cycle.
*Actively manage customer retention rates and ensure consistency of excellent service by monitoring feedback and efforts to renew contracts on time.
*Achieve or exceed growth-oriented revenue targets by seeking and maximizing opportunities.
*Setting and managing quotas at individual seller level.
*Partner with all internal sales resources such as Sales Development Representatives,Pre-Sales and all Service functions to maximize sales efforts and revenues.
*Work with Senior Account Managers to provide focus and direction on accounts to maximize sales efforts, ensure maximum customer satisfaction and retention.
*Assist Senior Account Managers with proposal presentations, and conducting customer and prospect meetings
*Hold team and self accountable to drive results by establishing clear direction and objectives.
*Partner with Talent Acquisition Team to ensure adequate staffing in the team.? Act as active participant in the Service Express interviewing process in identifying the top talent to join the Service Express culture.
Business Acumen
*Engage in sound business practices daily by proactively measuring all decisions against the company’s four core objectives: excellent customer service, employee engagement, margin retention & growth and revenue growth
*Have an understanding of the trends and issues likely to impact the market; advise Leadership Team on sales directions, competitors, and market trends.
*Drive improvements in the sales process and organization to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the team.
*Champion, model, and ensure the effective utilisation of all CRM resources and tools.
*Hold weekly meetings to address concerns and acknowledge individual/team accomplishments.
*Develop and maintain relationships with other departments and department managers to foster a culture of consistent cross functional communication.
*Adaptable to new sales techniques and technology to maintain a competitive advantage.?
*Strong commercial outlook and an entrepreneurial approach to business developmen
Leadership
*Fostering a culture supporting The Service Express Way
*Collaborate regularly with company leadership to align regional and organisationalobjectives to maximize growth potential, practice consistency and drive revenue.
*Champion change initiatives;utilise effective, timely and consistent communication to manage expectations.
*Identify and build relationships within region to help produce future leaders and support succession planning.
*Grow Senior Account Managers to be fully independent quota producers.
*Develop the Senior Account Manager team to define and support sales strategies that align with the Service Express Four Core Objectives by setting an example and providing direction on proposal presentations and conducting customer and prospect meetings.
*Meet with Senior Account Managers regularly to provide them feedback pertaining to their performance and guide them in meeting their personal, professional and financial goals by using the Service Express performance measure system.
What we are hoping you can bring to the Service Express team:
*10 years of sales experience in IT Managed Services being able to evidence exceptional results. Sales management experience as nice to have.
*Extensive experience and excellent results in IT (Managed Services) sales nationally
*Experience using software: Microsoft Office, CRM, SalesForce
*Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
*Ability to be resourceful and independent in a variety of situations
*Strong sense of self-awareness and ability to give and receive feedback effectively
*Very energetic with a strong demonstrated ability to achieve results
*Ability to think on a strategic level with capacity to lead and champion change
*Experience with performance management, coaching, and training
