Job Description:
Robert Half is delighted to be partnering with a high-growth, international, multi-billion turnover, Manufacturing business, to recruit a Management Accountant on a permanent, full-time basis.

As Management Accountant, based in Leicester, you will be responsible for the following:
*Producing a full set of monthly management accounts
*Balance sheet reconciliations
*Conducting variance analysis on key financial metrics
*Budgeting and forecasting
*Providing analytic reviews and commentary to finance and non-finance stakeholders
The successful Management Accountant will have the following experience:
*Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
*Background in Management Accounting
*Strong analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to produce actionable insights
*Excellent communication skills for concise reporting and commentary
As Management Accountant, you will be entitled to the following:
*£50,000 - £60,000 per annum plus 10% discretionary bonus
*Hybrid working (2 days from home)
*25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
