Job Description:
Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant with a passion for education and a strong understanding of early years development. The ideal candidate will have excellent subject knowledge and the ability to provide support to both students and teachers in a diverse learning environment.
This role will be to support within a lovely 1 form entry Warrington Primary School within the Early Years Class and will be 8.30am - 3.30pm, starting as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
*Assist the teacher in the preparation of learning materials and resources
*Support students with their learning, including one-on-one assistance and group activities
*Help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
*Encourage and motivate students to engage with the curriculum and reach their full potential
*Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other staff members to provide feedback on student progress
Qualifications
*Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
*Strong knowledge of early years education and development
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Ability to work effectively as part of a team
*Understanding of the diverse needs of students and the ability to provide support accordingly
Day-to-Day
*Work closely with the teacher to plan and deliver engaging lessons
*Support individual students with their specific learning needs
*Assist in the assessment and recording of student progress
*Help to create a welcoming and inclusive learning environment for all students
*Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to contribute to the overall success of the school
