Your Role:
As a Commercial Litigation Solicitor, you will:
*Manage a diverse caseload of commercial disputes, including contract disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, debt recovery, professional negligence claims, and more.
*Provide expert legal advice to a broad range of clients, from SMEs to larger organisations.
*Draft and negotiate documents such as pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements.
*Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings as required.
*Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of service.
*Work collaboratively with colleagues to grow the commercial litigation offering.
About You:
The ideal candidate will:
*Be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in commercial litigation.
*Have strong technical knowledge and experience handling a broad range of disputes.
*Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
*Be commercially minded with the ability to provide practical and strategic advice.
*Have excellent organisational abilities and a proactive approach to managing a caseload.
