Job Description:
Are you looking for your next learning support Assistant role?
Hays Education are seeking a learning support assistant to join an SEN school in Trafford, providing 1:1 support and working with small groups of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). This role is temporary with the potential to become permanent depending on fit and performance.

The Role:
This challenging and exciting role will require you to tailor support to children with SEND and implement individual behaviour management plans. You will work alongside teachers, parents and therapists to ensure maximum development and growth for each individual student. You will foster a safe and supportive learning environment, assisting students in both classroom-based and outdoor activities.

About You:
Previous experience supporting children with SEND
Able to effectively manage challenging behaviour
A positive outlook and a caring attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A patient and empathetic individual
Passionate about supporting students with SEND
