Robert Half is excited to be recruiting a Management Accountant for a global manufacturing business, in Caerphilly.
This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact by partnering with key stakeholders across sales, customer service, operations, and the international group headquarters. The successful candidate will work alongside another management accountant and a senior finance business partner to deliver management accounting and business partnering support to optimise and grow the business.
Location: Caerphilly - office-based role 5 days per week
Annual Salary: £40,000 - £50,000
Key Responsibilities:
*Support the Finance Business Partner in delivering the business strategy and implementing transformative changes within the finance team.
*Produce daily turnover reports.
*Provide monthly sales analysis and reporting to the sales team.
*Analyse rebates and resolve rebate-related queries.
*Calculate and reconcile royalty payments.
*Track non-product costs and manage intercompany recharges.
*Conduct transport and freight cost analysis.
*Complete ONS surveys and ensure compliance.
*Provide cover for the Management Accountant - Operations and mentor junior finance colleagues.
Your Profile:
*Qualified / Part-Qualified or QBE Accountant
*Experience using ERP systems
*Previous manufacturing experience
*Excellent Excel skills
*Excellent communicator
*Previous Business Partnering experience
*Plans & organises their own work effectively
*Possess the ability to engage with colleagues at a variety of levels
