Job Title: Paint Shop Team Leader
Location: Leicester
Hourly Rate: up to 17.00 per hour
Shift: Days, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:
*Surface Preparation: sanding, filling, and smoothing.
*Application of finishes.
*Quality Control
*Supervising a Team
*Work in a safe manner adhering to Health & Safety regulations
Skills:
*Experience as a wet paint sprayer within the woodworking industry.
*Proficiency in using various polishing tools
*Attention to Detail
*Time Management
*Strong communication and collaboration skills.
*Numerical ability.
*Flexibility
