Description
*Lead and manage audit assignments
*Ensure all audits are completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes
*Provide mentorship to junior members of the audit team
*Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations
*Maintain a high level of technical knowledge in all areas of audit and financial reporting
*Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
*Identify areas for improvement and implement changes where necessary
*Contribute to the overall success and growth of the Accounting & Finance department
Profile
A successful Audit Semi Senior should have:
*Proven experience in a similar role within the Professional Services industry
*Exceptional knowledge of audit and financial reporting
*A qualification in Accounting & Finance - ACCA/ACA part qualified or AAT considered
*Excellent leadership and team management skills
*Strong client relationship management abilities
*Effective communication and interpersonal skills
