The Role
As part of their surgical team, you will:
*Deliver high-quality patient care in the theatre setting.
*Assist in surgical procedures while maintaining a safe, sterile environment.
*Prepare and manage surgical instruments and equipment.
*Monitor patients throughout their procedures.
*Collaborate effectively with the surgical team for efficient patient care.
*Follow strict infection prevention and control protocols.
*Accurately document patient information while maintaining confidentiality.
About You
Our client is looking for professionals with:
*Previous experience as a Theatre Practitioner or in a similar role (preferred).
*Experience in ophthalmology (a strong advantage).
*Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and critical care principles.
*Proven ability to analyse situations and make critical decisions under pressure.
*Expertise in maintaining a sterile environment and infection prevention practices.
*Basic Life Support certification (essential).
