About the Role

Key Responsibilities
As the Head of Residential Conveyancing, your duties will include:
*Leading and managing the residential conveyancing department, ensuring exceptional service delivery and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
*Handling a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
*Supervising and mentoring junior team members, supporting their professional development.
*Developing and implementing strategies to grow the department and enhance client satisfaction.
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders.
*Representing the firm in business development and networking initiatives.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
*Be a qualified solicitor, licensed conveyancer, or legal executive with substantial experience in residential conveyancing.
*Have proven leadership and team management skills, with a track record of driving results.
*Demonstrate excellent communication, client care, and interpersonal abilities.
*Be commercially minded, with a proactive approach to business development.
*Possess strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
