Our client, a leading moving and relocation company based in Hertfordshire, is looking for an enthusiastic Removals Inside Sales Coordinator to join their team. This role offers a chance to play a key part in helping customers with their relocation needs.
You’ll handle inquiries, convert leads into customers, and ensure a smooth sales process. If you excel in a customer-focused, fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
*Respond promptly to inbound moving inquiries from potential customers via phone, email, and online platforms.
*Proactively follow up on leads to secure moving bookings and meet sales targets.
*Provide detailed information about the company’s moving and relocation services.
*Offer tailored solutions to meet customers’ individual moving needs and requirements.
*Maintain accurate records of moving customer interactions and updates in the CRM system.
*Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth handover of booked moving jobs.
*Handle objections professionally and work towards overcoming them to close sales.
*Monitor industry trends to provide relevant advice and maintain a competitive edge.
*Build and maintain positive relationships with moving customers to encourage repeat business.
*Assist with any administrative tasks related to sales and customer service.
Requirements:
*Proven experience in a B2C sales role, ideally within the moving or relocation industry.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Results-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
*Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales-related software.
*Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
*Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
