Key Responsibilities
As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, you will:
*Manage a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion, including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
*Liaise directly with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth progress of transactions.
*Conduct title checks and draft necessary legal documents.
*Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and legal requirements.
*Proactively resolve client queries and provide exceptional service throughout the conveyancing process.
*Support and contribute to the firm’s business development and marketing efforts.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
*Be a qualified solicitor, licensed conveyancer, or legal executive with experience in residential property law.
*Have a proven ability to manage a busy caseload independently.
*Possess excellent communication and client care skills.
*Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organisational ability.
*Be proactive, professional, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
