Robert Half are delighted to be partnering with a rapidly growing, ambitious, private equity backed, Manufacturing business based in Leicester, to recruit a Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis.
As Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for the following:
*Act as a strategic advisor to department heads, providing financial insights and analysis to support decision-making
*Develop financial models and forecasts to assist in strategic planning and business development
*Analyse financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement
*Collaborate in budgeting and financial planning processes across various departments
*Lead initiatives to optimise financial performance and efficiency
*Communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders, enhancing financial understanding and decision-making across the company
The successful Finance Business Partner will have the following experience and qualifications:
*Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
*Proven Experience in a Finance Business Partner role
*Strong analytical skills in financial modelling and analysis
*Excellent communication skills, and ability to communicate at all levels
