Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Contract: Permanent, Full time
Salary: £42,000 to £50,000 (depending on skills and experience)

Your Key Duties:
*Carrying out scheduled PPM’s
*Responding to reactive maintenance issues
*Testing and inspecting electrical equipment
*PAT Testing
*Monitoring the BMS
*Small repairs and installations
*Diagnosing issues and reporting back to the line managers
*Liaising with subcontractors
*Liaising with building managers
*Keeping an accurate log of completed PPM’s
Qualifications Needed:
NVQ or City & Guilds level 3 in electrical installation
18th edition
Electrical biased UK degree
Previous experience working in commercial buildings
