Sales Support Coordinator

Responsibilities:
*Provide essential administrative support to the sales team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
*Maintain and update the internal CRM system with accurate client and sales data.
*Support the coordination of customer accounts, ensuring they receive excellent service.
*Handle incoming inquiries and route them to the appropriate departments.
*Input and update client details accurately into the system.
Requirements:
*6 months to 1 year of experience in an administrative or support role (entry-level candidates with a passion for learning are encouraged to apply).
*Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Proficient in Excel and comfortable with various office technologies.
*Positive attitude with a willingness to contribute to a team-oriented environment.
