What you’ll be doing:
As a Marketing Manager in the customer marketing team you will create innovative and impactful customer marketing plans that achieve commercial objectives and generate value for and from customers.
Implement, optimise, and coordinate omnichannel customer marketing plans with internal and external stakeholders for the three core audiences - employers, advisers, and members. With focus on delivering commercial objectives agreed as per business plan.
*Designs and manages insight and evidence-led, targeted, value for money, innovative and
effective integrated omni-channel customer marketing plans.
*Ensures consistency and synergy across the organisation’s products, projects and
customer groups
*Collaborates with other areas of the business and where necessary provides constructive challenge to ensure cohesion and customers are championed.
*Contributes to the team’s central shared customer marketing program, ensuring
customer marketing plans are included and kept up to date
*Demonstrates continuous improvement in quality, time, and cost control for all customer marketing activities.
What we’re looking for:
*Extensive track record in partnering the business to develop and deliver successful creative marketing strategies
*Experience of marketing acquisition, retention campaigns and marketing planning
*Experience of partnership working and stakeholder engagement
*Demonstrable experience of supplier relationship management
*Experience working on Dynamic 365
