Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you’ll be a key player in the continued success of the branch. Your role will be varied and rewarding, with responsibilities including:
*Negotiating tenancy terms and renewals between tenants and landlords
*Building and nurturing strong relationships with both tenants and landlords
*Matching tenants to suitable properties and providing them with essential property information
*Booking and conducting viewings, ensuring properties are presented in the best light
*Actively seeking out new business opportunities and expanding the client base
*Managing tenant move-ins and ensuring a smooth transition
*Handling general administration and offers with efficiency
*Responding to incoming calls and addressing queries professionally
