Job Description:
Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Classroom Teacher to join our team and work within a lovely 2 form entry Warrington Primary School.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of KS1 curriculum and the ability to create a welcoming and inclusive learning environment for all students.
This role will be 8.30am - 3.30pm, 5 days per week to start as soon as possible on an ongoing basis.
Rate - £110+ dependent on experience
Responsibilities
*Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the KS1 curriculum
*Create a nurturing and supportive classroom environment for all students
*Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
*Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student learning and development
*Provide feedback and support to students to help them achieve their full potential
Qualifications
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
*Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and best teaching practices
*Ability to create an inclusive and welcoming classroom environment
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Commitment to diversity, equality, and inclusion in the classroom
Day-to-Day
*Lead engaging and interactive lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students
*Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and respected
*Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and support student development
*Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns
*Continuously reflect on and refine teaching practices to meet the needs of all students
