Job Description:
Position: HR and Payroll Executive
Salary: Competitive
Location: City of London
Hybrid: 2 days a week
This is a newly created and exciting opportunity to join a growing financial services consultancy seeking a HR professional confident in the whole HR process.
You need to have a strong generalist background and will be supporting the Head of HR working with them closely and will have autonomy in this position.
You will be taking a leading in HR Payroll and need strong attention to detail and good knowledge of payroll in general, administering payroll, answering payroll queries, liaise with outsourcing providers and analysing and overseeing payroll
You will be further involved with the employee lifecycle, a strong understanding of UK employment law is desirable.
