Job Description:
Our client is looking for an Office Administrator to join the team at a Luxury Residential Development in Reading RG1.
Working Hours: Tuesday to Thursday 9am - 5pm
Please note this is a temporary position and you will need to be available to start from Tuesday 7th January 2025.
Rate: £12ph
Duties:
*Support The Development Manager with daily tasks.
*Deal with all enquiries from Residents via email and phone.
*Oversee contractors onsite and book in maintenance works.
*Process invoices and work orders.
*Raise PO’s.
*Oversee the social media for the development.
*Liaise with residents via the resident’s portal.
*Ordering office stationery supplies.
*Ensuring Health and Safety Compliance is met.
*Keep an updated maintenance record.
*Complete development inspections.
*Processing insurance claims and arranging remedial works.
*Planning & issuing the monthly concierge rota.
*Approving concierge holiday requests and arranging cover.
*Completing monthly concierge overtime reports.
*Assisting with fire alarm testing.
*Additional ad hoc tasks.
Requirements:
*Excellent organisational skills.
*Willing to learn and undergo training.
*Reliable and have good timekeeping.
*Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
*Be able to demonstrate initiative.
The successful candidate must be able to provide excellent references and be willing to undergo full vetting checks.
