Key Responsibilities:
*Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their IT needs are met and exceeded.
*Account Management: Manage client accounts, including regular check-ins, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for additional services.
*Technical Support Coordination: Work closely with our technical team to ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues.
*Sales Support: Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotes, and presentations for potential and existing clients.
*Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients.
Requirements:
*Experience: Previous experience in account management or a customer-facing role, preferably within the IT sector.
*Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT services and solutions.
