Your Role:
As a Commercial Litigation Paralegal, you will:
*Assist solicitors in managing a varied caseload of commercial disputes, including contract disputes, debt recovery, shareholder issues, and professional negligence claims.
*Prepare, review, and draft legal documents such as pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence.
*Conduct legal research and provide case support to the wider litigation team.
*Liaise with clients, courts, and other parties to progress cases efficiently.
*Support in preparing for mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings.
*Manage administrative tasks, including file management and document organisation.
About You:
The ideal candidate will:
*Have experience as a paralegal, ideally within litigation or a related field (though broader legal experience will also be considered).
