Title: Global Finance Practice Manager
Salary: Competitive
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.30 am to 5.30 pm (Flexibility required)
Ryder Reid is seeking a strategic and collaborative Global Finance Practice Manager to join our growing, US law firm client based near Liverpool Street.
Specifically, the Practice Manager will oversee the day-to-day administration of finance practice groups in London, including with respect to talent management, staffing, internal communications and integration of practice group resources, as well as working directly with the finance-related practice group heads and partners, including in respect of strategic planning and execution.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
*Staffing & Productivity
*Training
*Evaluations
*Mentoring and Morale
*Knowledge Management & Projects
*Business Development - Work with partners and business development team to gather information for pitches or client meetings, as needed
*Budgeting
*Attorney Onboarding and Offboarding
Qualifications:
*Finance lawyer, with 3+ years of experience at a top law firm or in-house at a credible lending entity
*Strong understanding of corporate transactional practices, and an interest in, or experience with, practice management
*Robust leadership and management skills
*Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
