Residential Children Support Worker

As a Children’s Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in making a positive difference in a child’s life. Your key responsibilities will include:
*Helping children in need cope with their daily issues through activities and therapy.
*Providing direct care to children and young people in a residential setting.
*Creating a safe and positive place for residents.
*Monitoring resident’s daily progress.
*Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is passionate about helping children thrive.
To be successful in the role of a Children Support worker you will:
*A genuine passion for working with children and a strong commitment to their well-being.
*Minimum 6 months paid experience in a UK children’s care setting within the past 3 years.
*Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
*The right to live and work in the UK - essential for employment.
*A valid UK driving license - essential for the role.
